Avlaki Olive Oils are Organic, Extra Virgin, Unfiltered and from single terrains. They are bottled fresh from milling the fruit. The olives picked only in December when at their optimum for taste, milled within 24 hours, the oils bottled unfiltered within weeks. Avlaki is a verified ‘Extra Virgin’ with extensive chemical and organoleptic testing by an International Olive Oil Council accredited laboratory. It is a product of organic farming on Lesvos Island, Greece and is bottled in the UK.

Lancashire Eccles Cakes Ltd was established in 1979 by the Edmonds family, to the present day, and have been involved in the making of Eccles Cakes since the 1930s.
